报告题目:Relaxation Methods for Generalized Semi-Infinite Programs

报告摘要: This talk studies generalized semi-infinite programs (GSIPs) given by polynomials. We propose a hierarchy of
polynomial optimization relaxations to solve them. They are based on polynomial extensions. Then we studies GSIPs def-
ined with polyhedral parameter sets. We propose a new approach to solve them as a disjunctive program. This approach
is based on the KKT conditions and partial Lagrange multiplier expressions. We checked its efficiency in gemstone cut-
ting applications. For SIPs with non-semialgebraic parameter sets, we studied Positivstellensätze and moment problems
defined on the feasible sets to solve the SIPs.
